What is 573 Meeting Street?

The doorway to new beginnings - 573 Meeting Street is One80 Place’s newest affordable housing and shelter community, opening in spring 2026. This building will provide 70 affordable homes to individuals and families experiencing homelessness along with a new women and family shelter - doubling our capacity to serve women, mothers, and children.

573 Meeting Street will consist of:

  • 50 Studio Apartments

  • 16 One-Bedroom Apartments

  • 4 Two-Bedroom Apartments

  • 1 New Women and Family Shelter

How You Can Help:

Sponsor an Apartment: Make a direct impact by sponsoring a home—$5,000 furnishes a studio, $7,500 furnishes a one-bedroom apartment, and $10,000 furnishes a two-bedroom apartment.

What Does Your Sponsorship Provide? Unlike most tenants moving into affordable housing in Charleston, many of our clients are coming directly off the streets with little to no belongings. Your generosity allows us to fully furnish each apartment, ensuring clients don’t just move into housing, but into a true home.

Your sponsorship helps provide clients with:
